Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services
JaatakAstro provides online astrology services, including but not limited to:
- E-Puja bookings
- Astrology consultations
- Horoscope services
- Digital astrology guidance
All services offered on the platform are digital services, and no physical products are delivered unless explicitly stated.
2. E-Puja Booking Cancellation
Users may cancel their E-Puja booking only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled Puja date .
If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled Puja, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
Once the Puja service has started or has been completed, the booking cannot be cancelled.
3. Refund Policy
If an eligible cancellation request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled Puja, the user will receive a refund of the booking amount.
Refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method, or
- To the user wallet, depending on the platform’s refund process.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requested within 24 hours of the scheduled Puja.
- The Puja service has already been performed.
- Incorrect details (name, date of birth, location, etc.) were provided by the user during booking.
- The user fails to attend or participate in the scheduled service.
- Delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the platform’s control.
5. Duplicate Payments
In case a user is charged multiple times for the same order due to payment gateway issues, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
The platform will retain the payment for only one valid booking.
6. Technical Issues
If any technical issue occurs on the platform that prevents the service from being delivered, the company may review the case and process a refund at its sole discretion.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Refunds may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees, if applicable.
Payments made through Razorpay or other payment processors may be subject to their respective transaction charges.
